ISO Class 8 Cleanroom for Pharma & Food-Grade Labels

Nine cleanrooms totalling 290 m² are built and continuously monitored to the YBB00412004 Grade D (ISO Class 8) pharmaceutical packaging standard. Vial labels, medical device labels, supplement and food-contact labels are printed, inspected and packed inside the controlled zone with low-migration medical adhesives, free from dust, fibres and microbial contamination.

  • Three-stage pre/medium/HEPA filtered air supply with controlled air changes and positive pressure cascade
  • 24 h temperature and humidity logging; seamless epoxy floors and cleanroom panel walls
  • Separate gowning/air-shower entry and material pass-through windows with access records
