Sample approval
Fast sampling — ships in 3 days. The sampling fee is credited against your bulk order.

Payment & scheduling
Bank transfer (T/T), Alipay, WeChat Pay or Airwallex; production starts once artwork is approved.

Production & inspection
Printing, lamination, foil, die-cutting, 100% digital inspection and automatic packing.
- 6
Delivery
Domestic courier or freight; international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) or sea freight, with tracking.
Order Policies
- Minimum order
- 100 PCS per design and size.
- Sampling
- Fast sampling — ships in 3 days for standard stocks and finishes; foil, embossing, security features or new tooling take 5–7 working days. The sampling fee is credited against your bulk order.
- Bulk lead time
- 5–7 working days after artwork and sample approval; simple four-colour rolls 3–5 days; special finishes or very large volumes 7–12 days.
- Payment
- Bank transfer (T/T), Alipay, WeChat Pay and Airwallex.
- Shipping
- China: freight or express courier; international: DHL/FedEx/UPS express or sea freight (LCL/FCL); your nominated forwarder is welcome.
- Artwork
- AI, PDF, PSD, CDR, TIFF or JPG; 2 mm bleed, outlined fonts, CMYK or Pantone references; include the die line.
- Colour
- A 5–10% colour variance between stocks and print methods is normal; Pantone matching and digital proofs are available.
- Packing
- Rolls (core 25.4/40/76 mm, diameter, count and unwind direction to order), sheets or individual pieces; poly bag and carton.
- Response
- Inquiries answered within 24 hours; 100% inline digital inspection.

Artwork Requirements & Colour Note
- Vector files preferred: AI, PDF, CDR (fonts outlined); PSD/TIFF/JPG at 300 dpi or higher
- 2 mm bleed on all sides; keep text 1.5 mm inside the die line
- CMYK colour mode; provide Pantone references for brand colours and metallics
- Include the die line on a separate layer; mark white ink areas on clear or metallic stocks
- Variable data: Excel/CSV with one row per label
- Colour variance of 5–10% between stocks and print methods is normal; ask for a digital proof or press sample
