  1. Design & Prepress

    We receive AI/PDF artwork and check bleed, outlined fonts, colour mode and die lines — or help with layout and die drawings if you have no artwork yet.

  2. Platemaking

    Fujifilm Luxel T-6000 and ESKO CDI2530 CTP output flexo and offset plates; digital jobs skip this step with no plate cost.

  3. Material Preparation

    Face stock, adhesive and liner are pulled to order with batch traceability; FSC-certified papers are handled separately.

  4. Press Setup

    Operators load job parameters, register and colour curves on the touchscreen, then run after first-piece approval.

  5. Printing

    Flexo, satellite rotary, offset, HP Indigo digital and UV inkjet are assigned by volume and finish; Pantone matching keeps colour variance within 5%.

  6. Lamination

    Gloss, matte or soft-touch film protects the ink and adds water and scuff resistance.

  7. UV Embellishment & Foil

    DMS330WD digital embellishment: no-die foil, raised 3D UV and spot varnish; volume runs use inline cold foil on flexo.

  8. Die-Cutting

    Rotary, flatbed or no-die digital cutting followed by matrix stripping turns the web into individual labels.

    AIMI-330C/350C cameras inspect every label, verify barcodes and QR codes and reject defects automatically.

  10. Slitting, Rewinding & Packing

    Rolls are slit and rewound to your core, diameter, count and unwind direction, then shrink-wrapped and labelled.

    Cartoned, labelled and staged in the dispatch area.

    Printing, lamination, foil, die-cutting, 100% digital inspection and automatic packing.
